Returns
If you change your mind, we accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be sealed, unused and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email hello@afrohealth.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll share the return address for our London-based fulfilment centre and the next steps.
Customers are responsible for the cost of postage when returning unopened products. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after your return is received. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@afrohealth.co.uk within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
